The Beatmap Projects Forum is 20-30% just people asking for anyone to map a song.
There is nowhere to move them, which is creating spam and makes it harder to find actual projects.
Advantages of a Song Request Forum:
The Beatmap Projects forum is cleaned up
It gives non-mappers a place to request songs to be mapped
Mappers can easily find songs to be inspired by
Players want this, eg. Monstrata and his song request form
This should be a really easy/simple thing to implement on the client side.
