- It's weird that the HP drain is higher than the approach rate, Low the HP drain by 1 tick and increase the AR by tick would be better imo. (And i AR 3 will make the map more readable.)

01:28:483 (3) - This circle is a bit hidded by (2) and by the sliderfollowcircle, so you should move it
01:56:983 (1) - Remove whistle, Having 2 whistle consecutively like that sounds kinda ugly

Overall, it might help to add some claps, unless you avoided them on purpose.

Normal:
- 00:13:983 (2,3,4): 3 and 4 would be good spots for claps, and there are other 3-circle stacked notes that the same would apply to.
- 00:48:733: Maybe add a circle with a new combo here (And make the one after it a normal circle instead of another new combo), since the melody picks up at this spot.
- 00:56:983 (1): Add a finish, maybe?

No problems with Easy & Hard. Nice job.

Claps at the start of the map but no where else? Maybe use claps in other places or just remove the claps at the start? Other than that it's fine.

Hard:

-- Slider tick rate 2.

01:37:483 (1) - Put this in the center? Rearrange the notes after if you do this.
01:49:483 (1,2,3,4,5) - Can you make some kind of pattern here? The notes seem randomly placed.

The map could have done with a custom claps and some different pattern variations imo xD

General:
In your tags what does 'itg' mean?

Easy:
01:22:983 - put this slider a bit left and up,because it's not symmetrical with the previous slider.
01:53:483 - that's a bad idea to put a circle right after the spinner,because for new players this could be hard. So,just move this circle in: - 01:53:983. And one more advice for future - in easy difficulty always try to place circles and sliders in center right after spinners,because it's much easier for new players to play if all notes after spinners are close to center.
Nice difficulty,pretty easy - just 1 thing - try to make a better shape for sliders,because most of them are not symmetrical and that's why they don't look good :/ Take a look at this topic to learn how to make nice sliders - viewtopic.php?f=56&t=37194

Normal:
Very low difference in Slider Velocity between 'Easy' and 'Normal' difficulty. It's bad..increase your Slider Velocity and put at least 1,3! And don't forget that after you change Slider Velocity,some of your sliders may become shorter..so,recheck all sliders then.
Approach Rate 6 is pretty big for 'Normal' difficulty,so I'd put 5.

Hard:
As I said before,it's better to increase your Slider Velocity here too. Put 1,6 or 1,5. And don't forget to recheck all sliders then.

With such Distance Spacing this difficulty doesn't look good,because all notes are too close to each other :/ Use 1,1 or 1,2 Distance Spacing - it looks much better then. And you don't use here all beats,so when I play it,it seems to me that it's 'Normal+' difficulty. Put more beats - make it harder.

- No crees que el Approach Rate esta muy alto? Yo lo veo muy rapido para ser un Easy, recomiendo que lo bajes -1 o -2.
- Lo mismo con Overall Difficulty: -1 .

[Normal]:

- Circle Size: -1, en mi opinión no me gustan los mapas con los círculos pequeños, y menos en un Normal >.<. No es obligatorio~

I'd probably set the preview point to just before the first chorus rather than the second, since then you still hear most of the song if it comes up on the main menu jukebox when you open osu!.

-The timing seems odd at times, some parts sound late and some parts sound fine to me. I asked bliss for a quick double check and in the end we agreed try 989 (+6) Don't forget to resnap all notes/timing sections
-Nazi: Your background is currently 1028x768 (The maximum allowed is 1024x768) I know there really isn't a big difference but I would just fix this for the sake of it being correct and it should only take 5 seconds
-Wikipedia and the other map ranked from this game calls it "In the Groove" You might want to look into how to capatilize the source quickly again just to make sure

fixed a spacing prob on hard and a combo prob on normal in irc

also dang this timing...sure is hard, offset feels dynamic by 10ms (if not more) in places so it always feels to go out,

anyway gone through it all and tried to get it perfect, i pretty much SS with about 3+/-ms either way mistimes, best i can get.
