Otaku Beatmap Team (OBT) Revival! (Requests pending 0/4)

Hello guys, it's been a while! But I do believe it's the time to try and bring back the Otaku Beatmap Team (OBT)! This time, I'm aiming for it to be a more successful project, so there's going to be more stern requirements to apply!
The requirements are as follows...
  1. Two ranked maps AND one must exceed the rating of 9
  2. You must be experienced in timing.
  3. Your overall MARKED forum posts MUST exceed 600.
How this is all going to go down (rules):

First off, we'll be letting the public choose what songs they want us to map. After a few suggestions are made, the group will then choose a few of the set and put it in our "pending" as a ticket system, as a sort of a priority to-do list.
Projects by the OBT should not take over two weeks to complete. The ranking process is a different story, and the project will be uploaded by the project leader.There will be a max of two projects going on at a time. I think allowing more than 2 would be fine 4 is the max.

Alright folks seeing as I haven't had much time to run this I'm gonna let Zelos take it over, I'll provide support and advice when I can.

Question by the "Otaku" name, so this team will map mostly on anime/games ending/opening? Btw interested in skinning, but requirement is requirement.

Looks really interesting, but I don't think enough people browse the Beatmap Projects forums to fill out the roster... especially with these requirements.

(Let's see if I can get a second map ranked and 400 more posts in a week!)

Anyways, I'll be looking forward to seeing what this group turns out.

Edit: I don't actually think I'd join (except maybe for skinning?) but I just had my feelings hurt lol

Double edit: My highest rated map is an 8.99 technically but it looks like the beatmap listing displays it as 9.0 wooo

It's been five days now. And I didn't receive any answer of the BAT-Manager a third time. He had enough time to answer.
Really outrageous...

Thanks to Zelos who gaved me an answer. I don't want to do anything for this, anymore.

Well I did state we were looking for osu standard mappers, but taiko isn't out of the question. I'm sorry I've been really busy so I haven't had much time to check my inbox

also the mapper roster is currently filled if you would of read the op you would of saw that

I can't have the SB position because I don't have 600 posts and I never did a SB.

I have 5 ranked maps and one with a laggy SB with 9.12 rating.

There is no more positions for mapping and I don't have 600 post count soo

I'd suggest getting this underway before people lose interest... you can start with that roster while looking for the last 2 people, right?

I kind of agree.
The only part I worry on is the skinner and the storyboarder being constantly called for 6 mappers works.

Yes but it's so hard to find 3guys for Skin/SB because there's no so much people doing that.

Start mapping and worry about the skin/sb later? Worst case you just go with no custom skin and the video.

I mean otherwise if you guys don't get started on something soon this is just going to die off. ztrot, what do you think?

I am still up for skinning so where's the problem? Creating a skin for 1 map is a matter of hours, I guess you won't do more than 2 maps at the same time so me and LuigiHann is enough. There's also a storyboard roster on boat. The problem is that there's no action from ztrot, there could already be a couple of cool collabs made. Move your ass and take care of it!

you should forum pm your application, unless you already did?

So yes, everything should get started and be underway already.

EDIT: According to ztrot in IRC: command of OBT will be handed over to someone else.
