This feature is countdown for 3 seconds after paused while playing (in solo playmode)
It will make player have more time to prepare to play by don't get great or miss.
Or maybe it can return to the last 3 seconds notes before paused. But mustn't click them. It's autoplay for 3 seconds and then play it. It will have a symbol showed on this note (Note after countdown 3 seconds) that mean it's a note to play next.
