Can there be sensitivity adjusters for mouses moving X and Y axis? If I spin my mouse in real life in a complete circle, on the screen it makes a train wreck, this also affects my aimming for the beats.

Your resolution in game compared to your monitor could be the problem. Do you play fullscreen mode?

sorry no, get a gaming mosue and install its software..
or find a software that can change your cursor x and y axis speed independently..
