Problem Details:
I'm mapping a song with a lot of complicated rhythms/meter changes and a bit of subtle but deliberate bpm changing, and I'm not getting a flash on the first beat of a new time point.
There is an example of this in a passage of a song I've timed
The passage, which comes after a section of 7/4-150BPM, starts off with 5 measures of 3/4-310BPM followed by 5 measures of 3/4-305BPM (with the last measure being replaced with 1/4). Long story short, 5 is emphasized here with 5 measures of 3/4 followed by 5(ish) measures of 3/4 with a 5 BPM difference (so yes deliberate bpm changes; I'm 90% sure that I didn't just approximate a sloppy, inconsistent BPM).
Here is the passage for reference (the title of this youtube vid is wrong)

None of the timing points I have seem to flash on the first pulse. I guess that is intended since people could abuse that? It really seems like a meter change or a BPM change shouldn't just turn off the flash on the first beat of a meter like that. Am I just silly or is this a legitimate bug?
If it isn't intended, maybe flashes should be something that can be set independently as well as kiai time flashes, because it seems a little silly (Or maybe really really cool) that I either will have a "Wrong time signature" or will trigger epilepsy when I have to use 5/16 meter (In osu I'd have to use 5/4-600BPM for a section of this song, and flashing on every "beat" with kiai time is 10 flashes per second)

It's not done or 100% correct on all of the timing or anything, but here it is in case you want to take a look
