Country Announcement on Ranking Boards.

i was thinking it would be great if there was a sort of country announcement where users can view when looking at country ranking boards on the website.

Country Rankings are the main reason why i have supporter. I believe in increasing interactions among players of the same country. However, it is impossible to come in touch with all members of the same country when there are some channels that do not have their own language specific irc.

Announcement can come in the form of country discord invite, country specific community tournament. The announcement can be updated by a specific member of the country or through a mod.

If people want to join discord servers they can go here. If people want to join a tournament they can go here.
I just think it's a bit too much, if people want to do something they can just look for it IMO.

There is a reason not all languages (let alone countries themselves) have language-specific channels. If there is a low activity in a country, what's the point of having it? Only active countries have their language-specific chats

Also, I see you're from Signapore, why not go support Please add in a #Singlish Channel for osu?

Since the country has to have its own language, rip #canada ;w;

(It could be interesting if there was just 1 channel that showed only X country #1 scores to X country players, not possible actually)

When you make a feature request it should be presented in a manner of how and why, that of which isn't present.

How will this be implemented? Including one VOIP/IM program isn't exactly intuitive, it's restrictive.

There are already language specific boards for non-English speakers to interact in and there are also the other language channels on osu!. If those people wanted to interact more then they could. I don't see how an announcement or Discord implementation will improve this. There is even a sub forum specific for Tournaments which can be utilised further.

Do you have any other information about it other than suggesting that it can be done?
