Hi there, m4m, lets do this!
General Stuff: 1. I'd consider to raise the volume of hitsounds a little, so they are easier to hear. Like by 5%-10% should be enough
2. You could start every diff with a spinner, the song has an interesting wooshing sound that a spinner would perfectely fit to. 00:00:138 (1) - (your red line) ending at 00:01:228
Normal00:23:047 (3) - The way he sings that part, in my opinion it would make sense to make a reverse slider on 00:23:047 (3) - and then put a circle on the red tick 00:23:865 (4) - similar to this:
http://puu.sh/sxJVk/3a1b512f9a.jpg00:25:229 (3) - Since he sings 3 syllables from this part ownward, maybe consider making this long slider that goes from white to whitetick into a short one with a reverse arrow on the red tick aswell. Would give the player more feedback in my opinion.
I would stack 00:26:320 (1) - under 00:26:047 (4) - not because its necessarily like definetly better. But its a normal after all and this feels more like an easy. It would be cool if it atleast introduced one new element into the osu mix that Easy normally doesnt not have but normal can have. My end product looks like this
http://puu.sh/sxKpL/64b63a01b9.jpg the reverse slider would definetely improve things, the stack is like i said not necessarily an improvement but i dont think it makes it worse either, just unique.
Hard00:08:320 (1) - to 00:08:865 (1) - this part introduces a slider that ends on a blue tick and then another slider starting way above the end of the red tick. The slider ending on the bluetick is unique i guess, but doesnt make sense in terms of fitting to the song, cause on that blue tick theres literally nothing happening, of course a sliderend is a passive beat so it can be fine to end it on nothing, but in my opinion its not that good of an idea in that instance, because on the red tick, the word "in" is being sung, and that is why that would be the best moment to end the slider on. I know where your coming from you have that turnup sound on that part.. I didnt notice this when i playtested it myself cause the difficulty isnt challenging to me but. I let a beginner play this part a friend of mine and on that part he said it felt weird to him. I didnt even notice something was off until he said that part felt weird which made me check.
00:09:683 (2) - Triplet where the third note is a slider. Only two beats are being heard though and the start of "you" is not a big enough reason to put a circle there in my opinion, on the blue tick that is. I get that you had to do something to make this into a hard but imo that wasnt the thing to do. Since the blue tick should be a passive beat in my opinion id consider something like this:
http://puu.sh/sxLaj/8e6cb9620e.jpg a short slider would be an interesting element to put into a hard, something to learn. All of what this paragraph is talking about is applicable to 00:14:047 (2) - aswell btw.
00:18:410 (2) - Based on your logic you should add another triplet here, since he starts singing a word on the blue tick, although i would prefer another short slider like i suggested.
00:24:138 (1) - Slider ends on a 1/6 tick. Thats logical but the sound that the song makes at that point is standing out pretty well, consider this:
http://puu.sh/sxLBb/9284f4fc80.jpg In my opinion that kinda triplet is totally fine in hard but i could understand if youre against it so i have another idea:
http://puu.sh/sxLGm/cb9a8ebcc7.jpg I thought thats more fun to play and fitting to the music.
Saranghae00:08:320 (1) - I still dont think thats the right choice and again id just consider ending that slider on a red tick, however since this is basically your "extra" difficulty I guess that gimmick fits alittle better. Just wanted to point it out again though.
00:24:138 (1) - After this you put 4 circles in a line.. feels really weird to play imo.. maybe you could even consider one of the things i suggested on the hard diff if you dont use them on the hard diff. Anyway if you listen closely you will realise nothing is happening on 00:24:547 (2) - so youd have to put some things on the 1/6 rhytm again, heres an idea:

Hope I was helpful
