My phone should be my friend to search for interesting literatures and to read news. But to be honest, I don't really get this question

I had a good android phone, used it to read e-books, but had to sell it when it was hard with money. Now I have a cheap phone with a small screen, only for calls and SMS. Noone calls me though. I miss reading e-books very much.
in all respects, waterproof smartphones.
As long as I can text, call, browse the internet, watch YouTube videos, go on Facebook & Twitter to catch up with friends..
