Hi , Im From Belgium , iwant pay with my phone , and Belgium is starting by +32 , my phone number is sarting by 04 its not working.

Most likely because Xsolla doesn't support your country. You can try contacting Xsolla ( support@xsolla.com ) but I doubt that will do much.

Don't you have to, like, replace the 0 with your country code (+32)?

Yep I'm sure it should be.
Like how 0923 721 7261 (Example)
Would become +63 923 721 7261 in the Philippines.
