this feature will only work for osu supporter.
when you go offline, you will still have your current background on and you will also have a feature to toggle background on or off or even a switch of background (if you do have 2 or more background) it is more easy to change background using switch :D

so i was hoping for offline background and the switch of background. but the toggle might be a bad idea so why not post it here and see what kind of view you people have on it. 8-)

There would be no way of Bancho to know if the player who is offline supports osu!
Why not just play online :c

Maybe even allow osu!direct to work while offline :^)

On a serious note, everything involving the supporter feature won't be added for such a thing, sorry.
