This means that you paste its folder and the content from the 4k.ini into any skin and its skin.ini you want!
Of course, if you want to, you can use it on its own as well if you really want to, but I don't see much reason in that.

HOW TO ADD THIS SKIN TO OTHERS
1) Extract the .osk file
2) Copy the MultiplyByZero folder from the newly created skin folder and paste it into a skin of your choice
3) Open Multiply By Zero's 4k.ini
4) CTRL+A to select everything, CTRL+C to copy everything
5) Open the skin of your choice's skin.ini
6) Paste the copied content under the [Mania] Keys:4 part, replacing what was there before
If done correctly, you should have Multiply By Zero working correctly in your favorite skin! Hooray!
If you want to use elements of this skin in your own mixes, I don't require that you credit me, but I'd appreciate it!
