i have to set something straight here:

are you using windows xp? if not, then you can only time to 10ms due to sound library restrictions. no matter how good your sound card is or anything like that, windows 7 and vista have a 10ms forced delay and there is nothing you can do about it. don't suggest 1-2ms offset changes since they really don't mean shit and are just you hearing things that aren't actually there.

moreover, people should not be using the indicators in test mode as a measure of whether their timing is off or not, since there is a gigantic uncontrolled factor in there (ie: the person playing the map) and when such minute differences are being measured, the margin for error is too high. unless the offset is a solid 10-20ms off or more, it does not warrant a significant change.

i thought this was all common knowledge.

wow, I agree with the unrank, I haven't noticed it was >18 million score,
I'm going to fix the mods as soon as possible to get this reranked, my apologizes.

Does this really matter ? We have done mostly combo changes (to keep consistency throughout the difficulty), diff settings changes to have a better difficulty spread. It's not like we've changed the timing or something :/

The point i don't understand here is that there's some maps having >18 million score and ranked. But anyways, if it's the rules. Good Luck for Rerank Kurai.

It's more about the fact that it got that high due to a mod that messed up the map settings, and neither the mapper nor the modder checked the score after the changes (or maybe the modder did and that's why difficulty settings got screwed up?) which is why it should've been a rebubble rather than an insta-rank, to avoid issues like this, in this situation Breeze would be at fault (when it clearly isnt) because he had the last bubble before the rank, and only the ranking BAT mod made it screw up.

Ok, offset fixed (147ms now), and fixed Colin and lolcubes' mods.
And we (Kite and I) have fixed the diff settings via IRC.

I think something is wrong here, the old scores are there. The old max score was 19.9m. The max score now is 17.5m. My best score is 19,893,760 with 3 100's, and I did this now:



So now, it's impossible to achieve top 40 D:

I normally like to leave the score wiping to the re-ranking BAT, but it seems it never happened

Nice map on osu diffs but uh... I'm pretty sure taiko diffs have to have 1.4 or 1.6 slider sv that way it's authentic and the notes don't overlap each other like they do in this one...
