  1. Samsung S3C2410 200-266MHz ARM9 CPU with LCD, Touch screen, SD, Multimedia (audio/video), USB 2.0, NAND/NOR controllers. (SoC)
  2. 8x Samsung K9HBG08U1A 4GB NAND (32GB total)
  3. Texas Instruments TAS5508C PWM (Clocked at up to ~55MHz, supports 8-192 KHz frequency range)
  4. 8x Samsung K4M56323PI 8MB SDRAM (Mobile, 64MB total)

Yup. Bootloading won't be a problem since the chip boots out of NOR/NAND out of the box.

Lol thanks. But first I need to collect some money for all the parts.
Still, I think the schematic will change a bit. Will add 16MB more RAM and separate NOR chip for the OS.
And probably, I'll get rid of touch screen input method.
