Why does this map NOT have like 99 or 100% 'Success Rate'?

I like this. It's an excellent way to concentrate on practicing or improving your spinning technique.

This is an indispensable tool, especially for those of us who play the Miku Hatsune version of "Can't Defeat Airman."

I recommend that EVERY player should get this.
