only maps WIP/pending can get a star, but first of all you should have kudosu which is taken as cost.

Beatmap is broken.

PD: Delete (TV Size) when you download it. You can also find it at osu folder, there is another folder called Failed.

Why it doesn't work with me? I tried it for almost 10x but I always fail... It always show "Failed to move folder.. blah blah..."

Can you help me with this problem? I really want to play this one..

your download failed imo, try again when your network is not busy.
