The ideas expressed through the patterns used (most noticeably on it's top diff) remind me of old-school ctb maps; they aren't completely clear and are used in a non-structured way (as if you threw all the patterns of the diff at random hoping that something decent would've come out of it rather than mapping to the music, or at least that's what it looks like to me).
Also what do those diffnames even mean? If they're cup sizes, they're also not apparent as such to me at first glance, nor do they indicate actual difficulty aside of the star rating of any of the diffs selected on the beatmap selection screen.
