Funny funny rhythms, wow. I played in the jazz band and couldn't predict these.
Tickrate 3 and one size smaller hitcircles might fit this better, but more importantly, it makes it look a lot better and play a lot easier. You can count ticks to see how long the sliders actually are instead of guessing, sliders like 00:41:740 (1) look a lot nicer since the ticks become symmetrical, and the ticks help settle the "strangeness" of swing time.
00:38:582 (3) - This slider curves in a way that looks like it's trying to arch around the 2 but isn't.

OD8 just feels hard (not in a difficulty way), when the song is quite dynamic and shouldn't give off a stiff and hard feeling. This difficulty is stuffed to the brim with notes so I would only think OD8 fits.
- 00:07:635 (1) - IDK, it's probably just me but I had a really hard time noticing this in time on multiple attempts when playing with video, if possible, could you manually change your combo color for this combo? Both blue and white work fine, even red is okay. Rest should be pretty much expected. Only a suggestion, damn my eyes. ;x; I could see it :V
- 00:15:530 (3) - I would suggest a new combo for this, and not new combo for 00:15:108 (1). The reason is, you are swapping from one musical line to another, and on this spot it's quite clear what you're following. Also not a critical thing, but I like when combos follow the music whenever possible. Also if you do this change, remove the new combo from 00:16:372 (1). (look at Gray Heaven diff, you did it exactly like this there hehe)no thankies.
- 00:29:951 (1,1) - Increase the spacing between these. Should be almost double (~1.5x snap).the 1.5x was for the jump part only.
- 00:32:477 (1,1) - Same here. Your spacing is not bad, but like this it plays better and is easier to read. ^

Overall Rating: 8.0/10 - It's... weird to map an easy difficulty for this song, I can see it. Some of the notes have to be on the 1/3rd snap, but that plays terribly on an easy difficulty. I just don't agree with the tick rate, it sounds pretty bad on this difficulty. But sadly, inconsistent tick rates are not allowed. Nice map anyway.
You are right the tick rate does sound bad for this diff but it sounds just fine on the Hard and Insane imo.

This map has an identity crisis; it plays like an Easy, yet anything that isn't on a white tick in a 1/3 song like this one is out of place on an Easy because newbies to rhythm games have a ton of trouble with 1/3s. You should make just make everything here on white ticks, and then make a Normal to smooth the difficulty curb. It's a short song so that wouldn't be too difficult to do.
