Like the other one, you used a too high BPM. You should use a value around 100 to make it synch with the song. Right now that BPM doesn't follow the rythm and makes the notes appear at random times.

Try to get a proper BPM and adjust the beatmap to it. I know it's tedious to redo this kind of thing, but with that high BPM I can't follow the rythm of the song.
