I've been looking for a while for more artwork for my user page and maybe a nice fancier avatar. I'm wanting stuff for Flandre from Touhou, so either you've posted something or just some editing etc, I'm interested, no money for actually buying a piece to be done. But I've seen more people have picture banners and I'm planning something with that, and wanting to find a good one, so if you want to get your name out there and want credit I'd be more than happy to link to your profile or whatever you want.

Simply put: Look at this subfourm - there are plenty of GFX shops. I recommend you go through a few and look at the examples given.
No need to create a thread for a request. Just request in one of the many GFX shops.
