I wrote a small windows app that fixes the dual scratching problem. It's completely safe to use and won't trigger any flags. This post and software should be justified by the sheer incompetence of osu! devs.
Windows only sry.

How to use:
- Set your two scratch binds in the cfg-file included using windows' virtual-key codes.
- Bind the two scratches in-game to 1 and 2.
- Program has to be run with admin rights or key-events will be blocked by osu!.
- Keep the program running in the background when playing.
Key codes can be found here

In the rare case that a developer stumbles upon this thread; just make the 9th key have a seperate event instead of pointing it to 8th. It can be fixed in 5 minutes. There really is no excuse for this to still exist, considering how much attention and drama it's spawned recently, and how trivial the problem is.
