Maybe have different "See you next time" and "welcome to osu!" clips when restarting osu!, either from changing compatibility mode setting or from installing an update. When leaving, instead of saying "See you next time", it could say "Be right back" and when returning, instead of "welcome to osu!", it could say "welcome back"

Really? I thought nekodex was the voice, considering welcome to osu! uses the same voice as the voice in circles!. Either way, I updated the title.
Edit: Also, maybe "Welcome back" could be used if the user recently exited (maybe within the past 10 minutes).
