Randomly saw your map in some q, not doing a full scale mod, just some pointers.

00:01:572 - The red timing point should be here, this causes the big white tick to align with the downbeat in the music.
like this if it makes sense.

I'd personally recommend changing the hitsounds to soft as the default ones are generally percieved to sound pretty bad (especially the slidertick.)

Speaking of hitsounds, try turning down the hitsound volume by quite a lot for the quiter parts like the intro while keeping it high for the drop. This gives a feeling of importance to the drop.

When it comes to New combo, you usually want to NC every downbeat, aka the big white ticks.

A very important thing is spacing and using it to pronounce differences in intensity in the music. Look at for example 00:14:379 (1,2) - on the hard diff. The spacing here is 1.02x. Just a few seconds later we get this 00:15:979 (1,2) - that has a 5,29x spacing, over 5 times the size. Is the music roughly 5 times as intensive? The answer is that they have basically the same intensity and should be spaced roughly equally.
