In the Help subforum, whenever it's detected that someone makes an account related issue, the following message will pop up when trying to post
Information

Please send account enquiries to osu! accounts support, not tech support. Make sure to send your query from your osu! account email address
This is great, to prevent spamming 'bugs' which are account related (and not handled on the forums)

However, it also triggers for replies, making the following post unpostable
Are you referring about the inconsistency on the ranking page as opposed to the profile? This is due to people who got their account restricted/banned.
Or are you talking about something else?
(I was answering t/500043)

I know web-based things are hard to add (since the new web will soon replace the old web, and the new one doesn't have any of these message bit still, this is really annoying.

Well, I honestly don't know. Some questions can be answered by normal users or moderators while other need to be dealt by the support. I get the point of the idea but I am unsure if it's urgent.

You misunderstood
Someone has an issue
Someone replies with one of keywords to trigger it, the 'helper' can't post it normally

Basically what happens is when you type certain words like "support", "restricted", etc, a page pops up saying what was quoted in OP.

Seems more like an issue than an actual feature request. I've experienced this before but haven't really recently...
