Set your game version to stable (fallback) and run in compatibility mode:

- Hold shift while launching osu!
- change the release stream from stable (Latest) to --> stable (Fallback)
- check the compatibility mode box too in the renderer line

Hope this helps !

There is no Compatiblity mode option in Fallback because it already gives you an option of OpenGL and DirectX. All Compatiblity mode does is translate OpenGL to DirectX.

Instead of switching to Fallback, please try this first:
- Hold shift while launching
- After a recovery dialog has popped up, select Compatiblity mode and start osu!

I also recommend you try to update your GL drivers. See here for more information: https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/GL_Support_Issues

I downgraded my amd driver and it worked!! I think it's the new driver that causes my osu! to malfunction.

Oh, hmm. I'm glad to hear this worked - noted for future reference
