Digimon sucks.

Digimon is a Pokemon knock-off with absolutely no redeeming value. I hate that stupid show with a passion.

I hate the music and the designs of the characters suck ass. My God. Who watches that show? The games suck, too. Does anybody actually buy those shitty games?

By golly, fuck that Pokemon knock-off. I'm going to go play the real deal now. Night. <3

memory vague but wasn't digimon adventure 2 or digimon dungeon monsters 2 or whatever the fuck it was called (it was on the Playstation) pretty boss for its time? Like, a no-nonsense dungeon crawler where your pokemon rejects killed or were killed. No pansy-ass fainting and passing out, that shit was life or death.

That game was kinda fun, yeah. A bit hardcore, though; you had to keep raising your monsters and then combining them and starting from level 1 and raising them up again to increase your level cap.

And you're right, it wasn't a dungeon crawler. It's a labyrinth crawler. :P

It's pretty much the same as it was a decade ago. It's aged well enough, I'd say, as long as you have the patience you had all those years back.

Digimon World 2 is the closest Playstation game to the Digimon Story (DS games) games by far, actually. The 3v3 battles and the DNA Digivolution mechanics are pretty similar, and Digimon Story is now on its 4th installment in Japan (We'll probably never get the 3rd one, but if they go ahead with bringing Xros Wars to America as "Fusion Battles", we should get the 4th one).

I agreed with you, I don't like Digimon... Because it's all a rif off of Pokemon...

It's because of the "mon" crap...

I have Digimon World 2003 and it was pretty awesome, way more addicting than Pokémon Black that I only have a few 6 hours of time.
