29 to 30 Spectator Fix / Clean up

When spectating, I would constantly be annoyed by the list of spectators being shown at 29, and the list of spectators being hidden at 30. Frankly I think that when the amount of spectators fluctuate from 29 to 30, it gets SUPER annoying when trying to focus on the map being played. It also interferes with the scoreboard. Here is an example of what I see:

Other Spectators (29)
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
(Keep in mind that this wall of 29 lines blocks the top 50 ranks of the map.)

When one more person joins
Other Spectators (30):
Nothing (Nice and clean, does not block top 50 ranks)

When it goes back to 29:
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator
Name of Spectator

ARGHHH!! Please fix this!

I don't see anything bad as being spectated.
You can use shift to hide them if there are too many.

And for those who are reaching 30 specs, then they can't know anymore who is spectating.
So let's say the list should hide from 5 specs ?

I can see this being rather annoying, but cant you just turn off the list to show them if it bothers you that badly? What even is the point to see who else spectates someone, #Spectator often gives enough information

For the player, I think it should show the list upon breaks only, otherwise "Other Spectators". For the spectator, I think it should show the full list (but could use some cleanup not to overlap the scoreboard).

Ehhhhh you wouldn't know who is watching unless they comment or (idk how or if possible, but) join #Spectator through irc.
