If you look at the dates, you can see there's 7 weeks for group stage to be played. Match density will not be too high.
As far as reffing goes, that is handled by our bot. Streamers currently aren't listed and will be added closer to tournament start.

Not in particular, just a lazy combination of ST and Smc. Maybe a slight reference to the original monthly tournament name.

Yes, although that only applies before the signups close.
After signups are closed, you may no longer resign.
