Problem Details:

does the osu tablet need drivers? and if it does do the drivers instal automatic?

osu! version: 20160821.1 (latest)

You do not need to install yourself any drivers to use the tablet. If you just plug in the tablet, your computer (if you're actually using Windows) should automatically install the drivers, with or without admin permissions.
