So softening filter can't be turned on without shaders, but I think the red screen effect when the hp bar is low is really annoying, (a lot of other players that I've talked to think so as well). It's hard for me to play without the softening filter, however, because the effects are otherwise really harsh and distracting. So if you could add separated option to decide whether or not you want red screen effect to be on, that would be really useful 
A second feature I'd like is for seperate offsets for seperate modes in the offset wizard, since my timing when playing mania is different from playing standard. That way, there's no need to constantly manually change the offset, which can get really annoying.
