It's Positive, you have to be in rank range AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, so atm you won't make it.

Hi Realmas. Tournament matches will mostly be played on weekends. Only in certain cases they might be scheduled on weekdays, but it mostly will be Friday( very late hours)-Sunday. Take in consideration that I'm talking about UTC time.

Does the fact that I'm not on the players accepted list means that I'm not take to participate ?
Because if it's the case, it would be nice to prevent players who can't participate, because I'm not sure that it's really that or if you just have forgotten me
