I don't know if this has been requested before but I couldn't find anything~
Basically, when I play a match and someone sends me a private chat message I might forget it until the map is over (focused too much on the game
)
Or when I have chat opened, it doesn't show a notification for messages that people post, so I might miss new messages in other tabs (sure, the tabs are highlighted, but it's not exactly the most obvious signal and can easily be missed)
Because of that, I'd like a notification that tells you something like "you have x unread messages" or "you have unread messages in x tabs" and it should stay onscreen for as long as the chat is closed and I'm outside of play mode. That way I can't miss it
Could be toggleable if people find it annoying/distractiong but it would really help people like me :>
