Ability to set 5 default groupings yourself

You should be able to create your own presets for song filters. For example, the current osu! presets for song filters are "Collections", "Recently Played", "By Artist", "By Difficulty", "No Grouping".

I also believe "Collections" shouldn't be a song filter, but rather its own thing because let's say, when I want to change my group/sort from "Collections" to "By Difficulty", the group then changes the group filter along with the sort filter and you won't be in your "Collections" group filter anymore, though I would my song filter to be in the group "Collections".

already exists some additional search filters, just put one of this commands on the in-game search bar

Not sure what you were trying to tell me with that link besides search filters but anyways, what I was talking about was making your own one of these:

I don't think it's needed, search filters in-game/osu!direct/website is more than enough

you can make collections of songs. Then add what ever type of song you want to each collection. The collection will act as a custom filter. Alternatively, you can search for a genre of song and it will show songs that fall into those categories

Does seriously no one understands what OP means...?
He wants an option to set the 5 default groupings to different things (like have a default 'my maps', 'group by mapper', 'rank achieved' instead of the current 5)

Oh, well it makes much more sense when you put it that way. In that case, I do agree that they should add an option to change them.

Either that or they make it easier to make a collection itself... going through every song I have and choosing what collection(s) it goes to will take a whole year to accomplish #_#
