ms1 has a restriction of only writing with bird names, although he's crumbing (if someone hasn't noticed yet).
Leave both Zexion thing and IRC Mafia stuff. I don't know about Hika's restriction thing, but it seems to have to do with her confirming first and Navizel confirming second. That must've triggered the trap. She already has voted Zexion but he's not a player, so it doesn't really count.
If it turns out to be one, then we can just continue normally.
