Can't play on my Laptop any more.

I have an big problem. When I was on vacation I found an Monster PC(120 hz, good fps) at my Uncles Place. I played with it osumania. Now I'm back and my Acc is totally messed up cause I know play on a shitty laptop with an mechanical but the monitor is not good. My acc is somewhere between 60 and 70%.
Do you guys think my acc will come back with time?Or is my acc messed up for eternity :(

You might try to upgrade your performance by knocking videos / storyboard off or maybe even changing your skin a little bit. Stuff like offset or hitposition might help. If your monitor has that delay, you will probably need to either change your hitposition or offset or get used again to this one.

It will take time but even if you dont touch anything your acc will eventually be back,

My computer struggles with osu!mania sometimes too; I often get FPS drops and input lag. What I've found helps my FPS is making sure you're in fullscreen mode (with a smaller resolution than maximum) and ensuring that there aren't any background processes running aside from osu! (especially Google chrome). As for input lag / accuracy issues, I use custom offsets for each map I play. I move the offset around (- and + keys) until when I press the note where it feels like it should be, it should come up as a rainbow 300 a large majority of the time. Also, play around with the frame limiter and see if either of the settings below unlimited work better for you (they don't for me but people have told me it's fixed their issues before).

Indeed, as Quick Draw said, playing in fullscreen is the best option (decreases the input lag too). If you're still having FPS drops, you can always check the Resource Monitor and see what can you close in the CPU tab. Wish all the posts here helps you out and someone else with the same problems :D
