Problem Details:
I don't know why but when i turn on raw imput, the cursor seems much more inaccurate and sensitive than when there's no raw imput on.

probably because you are too much used to mouse acceleration. if you enable raw input, osu can read your mouse/tablet directly, so yes it gets more sensitive.
its not inaccurate , its more accurate
