[invalid] Take Down Inactive Pinned Topics

So, my idea is to unpin pinned topics which have been inactive, not useful anymore, and/or not moderated. For example, for this topic (t/13795), Rolled is inactive, and i cant see anyone helping, just people seeking for helps. I do think that it will be hard to classify between useful and not useful for today's game but i hope you can do it :D

You actually took the wrong thread to make an example lol
That thread was meant for everyone to be checked. I sometimes go in there and help those in need of timing if I have time and that's what everyone should do. That's the reason for that thread to exist.

Moderators will provide assistance for that in all cases and if a thread is pinned there's a reason for it to be (and that's also why we don't unpin things like that)
