So i needed to reinstall my OS because i got a new Motherboard.
Now i dont have my maps anymore because i totally forgot about that :/
Could there be a way to make a Backup file like add a button in the options menu that says "Create Backup file for Beatmaps", and since i know that Every Song has its unique ID (like: 24084 Team Nekokan - Can't Defeat Airman) the Backup file could save the ID of every single Beatmap you currently have and when you freshly install osu! and Drag and Drop this backup file into the osu! folder it could automatically download all Beatmaps by automatically searching for the ID and downloading it

maybe that could be useful for MANY people that need to reinstall their OS

I once did that, osu! was installed on an USB key, and I transfered it to the HD of my PC. The problem wasn't the beatmaps, but my scores. Half of them were not transferred because... I don't know. I lost half of my scores with absolutely no reason to it (as I copied the whole osu! folder).
A backup file for scores would be very nice !

You have many options.

You can upload it on medifarie, dropbox, google drive and similar services.
Also you can put it ton your phone and use a cable to connect it with your PC.

Duplicate (and a much better request): Cloud/Online beatmap storage

You could also use the Ranked(Played) option (supporter-only) to find the beatmaps you've played.

Flashdrive, SD card, cloud storage?? You got to have at least one of these, granted cloud storage comes of little help with poor internet.

As Pawsu mentioned, t/215117/start=0 this is a better solution, right?
