First, get info from some well hosted tournaments (e.g. NAT 2014/2015, Maple Cup etc.), to get an idea of how tournaments work. After achieving this, you can make your own tournament. You can also get official support for your tournament if it's well hosted. See here.

Also, that's not the right place to ask about this stuff.
