Hard, please. Anyways...

Insane:

00:23:632 (4,5,6) - This spacing change is just weird.
00:36:965 (1,2) - This feels weird and is hard to play compared to the rest of the map, which is quite easy.
00:47:749 (1) - This spinner feels random.
01:31:671 (10) - I would move this to somewhere else. Not really the best spot for it.
01:41:475 (1) - This spinner feels random.
02:25:789 (1) - Unbalanced slider.

Normal:

02:23:436 (2,3,4) - 2 touches 3 but 3 does not touch 4. It looks weird and can throw newbies off. Same with the pattern just like it.

Nice Normal otherwise.

No star, though, because you do need a Hard, sorry. The jump between Normal and Insane is just way too big.

Insane seems to be terribly overmapped. There are 1/2s and 1/4s nearly everywhere where they don't belong in the song, and to be blunt, I suggest you remake it before I can mod it properly. Normal is slightly better, however. I'm also not sure of this timing, but maybe.

Sorry, but I cannot star or mod this in its current state. :(.

00:50:887 - add break time after this note.

i had to agree with this. try to remove some notes or make something different, for example:
