Yeah overclocking topic. Show off your results.
Here's my recent one, P4 HT 2.80 GHz -> 3.30GHz and higher up to 4.20GHz on stock S478 cooling and it's not getting higher than 60C in stress. The problem is, Windows doesn't want to boot up on clocks higher than 3.30GHz for some strange reason.
As for now, its stats are on par with Core Duo T2500 and some older Intel Xeon.

Now, go!

I haven't overclocked my CPU but I got it to 96C last summer :3

My good ol' Turion X2 64 goes from 1.8GHz to 2.1GHz. Yeah laptop overclocking ftw

Waiting for my new Sandy Bridge i5 yeah

It's been a while since I've done any overclocking, and I don't have the screenshots from back then. I do remember results, though.
Limited by my RAM (8GB GeIL Black Dragon @ 800Mhz 5-5-5-15 (I think, not too sure if I forgot a digit on the timings), I've gotten my C2D E8200 to 3.9Ghz because my RAM absolutely refuse to work with a higher FSB. I don't remember temps, but it was on a Scythe Ninja 2.
Motherboard: ASUS P5K

TL;DR: nothing really impressive to see here. I've only broken the 4Ghz barrier once when I borrowed some faster RAM from a friend of mine, but I don't think it's worth going into detail about that.

As for an actual everyday use overclock, I used to run the same setup as above at 3.6Ghz, because I didn't need more, and it was perfectly stable anyway. Kept below 60C.

Oh, I've had some fun with graphics cards too, back when the GeForce 7 series was cool.
Unfortunately, I don't remember frequencies, but I had a passively cooled 7300LE reach >130C and end up with physical damage to the core. Sure is a good thing it was a super low-end card.

I don't want to, my ancient computer would most likely melt

Notice I'm running DDR1 400MHz.

This is what I use everyday, fully stable instead of almost-stable 4ghz which crashes after 20h of prime95, using a Coolermaster hyper 212 and my heats never go over 53c. My NB is clocked to 2.4ghz on 1.3V (kinda weak ;_;).

I've underclocked my Q9450 to 2.2 GHz because I can't be arsed to clean the dust out of my case.

Why does your computer have a girly name?
Why does it have a name at all?

I tried overclocking recently. But silly me bought a pre-build some years ago, and this motherboard refuses to overclock.

Framerate increase.

The memory speed is NOT what people call effective rate.
Says 423, but in DDR that's ~868.
