Folder Check:

Everything seems good here:

General:

You should set your audio-leadin to 2 seconds instead of 1.5 seconds.

Your offset sounded off, try 33. I think its better.

Please note any mod i post is a suggestion and can be freely ignored if you think otherwise.

Hard:

01:02:698 (4) - move this to the left 1 tick to make more symmetrical

01:11:521 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - move note 8 more closer in-stream with the rest of the notes.

I couldn't really find to much wrong.

I suggest you to use "normal" hitsound in some places to emphasize the rythm, and little loud that soft-hitclap that you have
Don't use white or black combo colors, make that combo little grey

Easy

Hmm...There's something that makes this difficulty abit too boring for me,but i can't say what.
01:01:797 (5) - Move this to 01:01:577 ?

[Normal]

00:02:238 (5) - Do this slider like 00:01:356 (4) ?

[Hard]

00:03:231 (5) - Remove the whistle?
00:11:944 (4,1) - This jump is too high,i think it's better to fix this
00:52:532 (4) - Move this note one grid to the right

- Check beats snapping since system prompt me to save after resnaping all notes.

[Easy]
- 00:00:915 (2,3,4) - Use sliders instead?(Same starting point, end as claps. xD)
- 00:17:680 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Move this set one beat sooner?(Starts at 00:17:238) Sounds better too since it match the timing with clap.
- 00:26:503 (1,2) - Move this two beats one beat sooner too, and add a beat at 00:26:062 if you're moving the above set.
- 00:50:327 (1,2,3,4,5) - Consider the beats below.(based on claps too, starting at 00:49:885)

- 00:56:503 (2,3,4,5) - Consider to base on claps too.

[Normal]
- Nothing to suggest here.

[Hard]
- 00:34:003 (3,4,5) - Move this set of beats one grid left? And probably slightly up.
- 00:54:738 (3) - Remove this? You paused here for similar sections except for this particular beat. Affects the overall flow imo.

Nice map, nice hitsounding. I'm probably over-obsessed with claps on Easy though.
