Watching replays together

Pretty complex, but I just happened to have thought of it.

So in a multi lobby, someone would be able to select a replay, and just like a song they would be able to download it and the host can start the map and it would play the replay.

I don't think there is already one about this, or if people will even like it. I just thought it sounded kinda cool.

Not necessarily the same thing, i meant like a Theatre type multiplayer room.

"Hey guys let's go watch Cookiezi's new 800pp play" then they all go into the multi and the host puts it up.

Why can't you just share the replay file and watch it together without going into a multiplayer room?

I don't see how this would be useful as multiplayer is a place to... You know, play?

Maybe they should allow chain-spectating
Player 1 turns on the replay, player 2-8 spectate player 1
And in #spectator everyone can chat with eachother

Let's be realistic here, does anyone really want to watch replays together? I don't think it would get used much at all.
