So in the past few days I just can't beat some of the maps I use to be able to beat like nothing. It's been like this for a while and I just constantly keep getting 200s and 100s and has this happen to any of you guys.

Yes and then I play other types of maps for the day

You should probably take a break, you seem to be going through a slump, and yes this happens to a lot of people including myself where you just lose skill for no particular reason. Taking a 3 day break put me back to where I was, so don't worry about suddenly losing all the skill you've been working on.

this happens to me once in a while BECAUSE i take breaks. the best way to get rid of that thing is to play 1 star lower maps for around 5 hours in a row i kid you not until you get used to it and warmed up again

Never take a break from mania

Take a 1-day break is okay. Try 1 week like me and you will pretty much start from scratch.
I recommend playing easier maps instead of trying to beat your old scores only to cause some rage quits. But again, I'm currently in a slump and have been at it for 30 days so I don't know if this works.

This recently happened to me too and turning on "reduce dropped frames" in the options solved it. Must have been a technical issue but I'm not sure what caused it.

you can just try to tweak your skin a bit

Also maps with lower bpm and/or less bursts so you won't screw your accuracy

Try adjust your frame to Vsync, 60fps, 120 fps or 240fps or Unlimited.
I can ONLY play mania if its on Vsnyc. Im not sure if this is preference but I just cant seem to time well on mania if its not vsync-ed

Also a few tips to get better. Do warm ups that are challenging. If your hard warm ups become the norm for you, previous maps you used to play on would seem pretty easy. Increase the difficulty of your warm ups if you feel like your not getting better.

Playing on vsync makes your hit frames more spread out, because the timing of you hits is based on which frame your tap was executed. So, I don't recommend playing on vsync (unless you have something better than 60 hz monitor) D;
