Since i got nothing to do... i want to know your best anime that you ever seen o.O so i could know my next anime to watch xD <3=anime yeah i got nothing to watch >.> apart from the ongoing ones that im watching at the moment... but that not enough to keep me occupied. I've been watching this hilarious anime Hayate The Combat Butler. They know they're in an anime(or manga if you read themanga) and can't say any copyrighted names(like shonen jump or trademark phrases like Kamehameha. they do say them, but they're bleeped out like ki**dom he**ts[kingdom hearts] or G**u[Goku] like that)

Anime has a huge western audience, actually. While most of the anime isn't good (Naruto, Bleach, etc., to each their own), the quality anime still has a large audience thanks to the internet.pokedigi wrote:

Avatar isn't anime, it's an American cartoon. Granted, while anime is all cartoons, anime usually refers to it if it's made in Japan. So, not Avatar.
I heard Darker Than Black and Golden Boy were both good. I'm starting with Golden Boy because it's only six episodes.
Golden Boy was hilarious and was one of the few series of animu to have a dub better than the Japanese version.

Also, it ain't really fair to compare Teen Titans to Avatar, because almost the only similarity they share is their country of origin. Their styles are as different as night and day, and Im not sure I would even try to consider Teen Titans as an anime. Finally, it's unfair to compare either to "shit". At the very least, Teen Titans was a solid situational action cartoon with a reasonable story and a dose of character development.

I don't know... I'm watching a huge mishmash of stuff at the same time. I'm probably not going to watch them all in any reasonable amount of time due to school and the fact that I can only watch it at night, once everyone else is asleep (they're not H-anime, by the way, so that's not the reason).
I don't even know why I'm watching some of these.
I really gotta get around to watching Ruroni Kenshin, if only because I stopped midway through the manga, like five years ago.
