Hi, I just pass by and because of Minami.

You need to reduce your mp3 bit rate to 192 kbps, 320 kbps is unrankable.
BPM 151 , Offset -250
Check your position of your note after changing the timing.
I reccomend you to find a new BG for Minami. (And resize to 1366x768 pixel)
Add "THE iDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS" to source
