why ask someone when you can do it!
Simply email tournament@ppy,sh telling them when the tournament will take place (start and end date) a link too the tournament tell them what the prize is going to be, how the tournament is going to flow (how the tournament will go)
after you do that then ask for tourney!client and they will give you access to it
it'll help you with a lot of things like streaming on twitch
