Assist in proofreading Beatmaps

I have a problem...
I add new skin to Beatmap (not mine) and I do not know how to add those improvements to beatmap which is on the Internet: (

What do you mean by improvements to the beatmap?
If you are talking about mod post, then apply the mod to your map and then do a standard submission. It should not matter if you have a skin or not.

Note: If you trying to resubmit the map you already uploaded online, http://osu.ppy.sh/s/20004, you can not do so right now because the map is in the graveyard. If you want to revive it, I will be more than happy to do so. Just make sure to ask me or any other moderator and it will happen.

This is not about this, I mean beatmap rank beatmap it is to add the skin to beatmap if I can add a refinement to beatmap

If you want to change a ranked beatmap, you can't. You are able to submit your own version of a beatmap for that song if you want, just make sure you do not plagiarize.

If you want to use a skin on a map, you can put the skin into the map folder and use it that way.
