[Archived] Cannot Verify Account

Problem Details:When I launch osu!, it says I need to verify my identity to play online. I click the verify thing and go through the verify process, but it still says I need to verify, and it's stuck on pending verification. What am I supposed to do???

osu! version: 20160525.2 (latest)

restart your game after you reset your pass and try logging again
Also if you're on cutting edge switch to the stable version.

Resart after I reset what? And when I try to login it just keeps loading...
