Definitely has character, even the skin fits . I like it 8-) .

I only noticed two things in general:

hard:
In couple of places objects are to far to the top/too close to the health bar. 00:02:474 - whole first combo at the start; 01:01:002 - this stream may be ok but I would still lower it; 01:24:376 - similar; 01:46:646 - slider; 02:16:462 - these too; 02:30:818 - this one note.

Insane:
Some objects are placed too high like in hard but it will probably easier if you find them yourself so I won't list them.
01:17:564 - this slider is very hard or impossible to read (depending on your skin).
